hello!  back to normal! so ive made a new goal in life. i want to be as accepting and forgiving as i possibly can. it will be hard! but i will do it! .... (: today was awesome! i had cross country pictures. i kept thinking about what i was doing on this day last year. a boy told me that he didnt like my blue hair and i shouldnt dye it anymore. but did i listen? heck no. i still dye my hair! ummm. so for cross pictures, all the girls went running, so we all put our hair up in side ponytails and put really colorful, random scrunchies on them. we looked like total dorks, but it will look so sweet up on the sports wall. i walked home in a tank top, like a rebel. ive been doing homework for about 4 hours. not because i had a ton, but because i keep getting distracted. like making a list of all the songs i want

mmmk. so some people were mad about the post i made about cheerleading. and im going to take it off, because i really feel bad. i am really sorry that i offended some of you. i really did not mean to, at all. and i have no problem with any of the cheerleaders that go to my school. in that post i was just trying to point out that cheerleaders shouldnt be treated better than the rest of us, just because they cheer. i was trying to point out that all of the other sports take just as much hard work, dedication and strength as cheer does. and i have tried cheer, so i know how hard it is. i am really sorry if i offended anyone else. i really wasnt saying anything about any of the people, or even the sport. just how people view the sport. again, i am truely sorry.

weekend mayhem

hellooo(: so this first weekend of school. was amazing!! it started off kinda bad.. i had to walk home with a long sleeved shirt and black jeans on, and it was so hot! and i awkwardly walked past a boys soccer practice. then, me and sam went up to bountiful for the first football game of the season! we hung out with the bruin, and played with Danni. we lost the game, but our team still played really well! we got taco time on the way home, and then went to nikkis! me, halli, nikki, sam and landen walked to the gas station, and got slushies! thennn we played on the tramp and it was really fun(: i got home at 12, went to bed at 1:00, and got up at 6:40! me, haley and ali headed off to our race! it was called Grass Relays, and it was two miles. plus we had to jump over hay bales! it was hecka fun! our boys placed first for 4A, and our girls placed second or third. our varsity team is so good! ummm. so i got home, and took a four hour nap! i was way tired! thennn. i went to the funnest dance ever! i danced like a freaking maniac! and i was so tempted to go into the circle and dance, but i didnt have the guts. that will be my junior goal! but yeah the dance was amazing! it started raining, and me and nicole walked home in the rain and ran through the sprinklers!                                                                          and ended like this(:

then, hallie came over and we had a sleepover! nikki's parents werent home, so we had the house aaalll to ourselves! and wanna know what we did?? had a chocolate syrup chugging contest, wore sweats, ate food, watched a movie and went to bed. sleepovers arent as exciting as all the boys think :P sam picked us up, and we all went to stake conference with nikki. she sang! then, sam went home and we went to the park and listened to eminem. i ADORE eminem. i think he is sooooo attractive and i wish he was younger so i could date him (: any ways. im off to do homework!

hola amigos :) today... was a verrryy good day. but lets start with yesterday! my first period is Honors Physics. and holy crap. that class will be extremely difficult. then, i head off to pre cal. and i need to get out of there STAT. the teacher? is terrible. he doesnt even teach, just assumes we know what we are doing. so im switiching (hopefully). then, honors english. i already love it! the teacher is super funny and super sarcastic. just my favorite kind of person (: thennn i have biotech (can you tell that b days are my hard days?) i think it will be really fun. we are going to work on these cells from utah lake. they might cure skin cancer. jealous? you should be. any ways. after school, i went to cross country. for the first time in two weeks. the other cripples and I did 200's on the track. i got about 41 each time, and the last time i got 37! i was so proud that i made it under 40 (:

i love that outfit!! mmk anyways. for lunch, me and megan and lauren and ruthanne went to megans house and had smoothies for lunch! yumm. then, after school, i was headed to xc, when nikki kidnapped me and made me come to panda with her. yeaahhh. my best friend is that cool. then, we hung out at the jv football game with Josh Roberts and Emmie Pierce. it was way fun! then, we went to the soccer game and hung out with Chris Turnbull(: that was fun too! then i got to drive! but now i am off to do homework!(yes, i do my homework at 9 at night) bye for now!

so. i know everyone is just dying to hear the general consensus of my first day being junior. honestly? not that much different from being a sophmore. except, it was really weird to see all of these new little people that i didnt know. i also keep thinking, all of my senior friends are in college. weird right?! it was to me. lesss see. i had seminary first period. good, as always. then spanish 2, which was boring. then conbrio. that was a hard class. because, i kept thinking. you shouldnt be in this class. you should be in acapella. why should you even try? they obviously dont respect your talent enough to put you in the class you deserve to be in. i dont really even want to do choir anymore. but i LOVE singing. i can tell this is going to be super hard. i dont like the whole structure of the choir system at mountain view. maybe i really wasnt good enough to be in acapella. but i had a freaking SOLO in symphonic voices. gah. i need to stop thinking about this. during lunch i wasnt in the best mood. but i got a blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese so i was a little happier. then i had computer tech. totally boring. and i found out i cant type very well. ohhh well. after school was cross country practice! i still cant run, so i had to go on t

 the bike. lovely. i did six miles, then intense weight training, then intense abs. i am so sore! like really! hmmmm. thats pretty much my day for you!!

final week of summer

wow these past few days have been amazing!!! lessss see (: on friday? i went to the scera with my brothers, and guess what?! i didnt get burned!!! i ALWAYS get burned! it was a friggin miracle! mmkk after six hours at the scera, i went to mi ranchito with my family. it was delicious, as always. then, on saturday, me/nicole/landen went shopping! (i know, i know, i post about shopping all the time) it was a blast! i picked out his clothes, and he got hit on every five seconds. girls were asking about my 'brother', and hoping he wasnt my boyfriend. you dont even know how incredibly funny it was. theennnn we watched 500 Days of Summer. it was one of the best movies ive seen. like really. in the end, the characters dont end up together, but i like the ending because thats what happens in real life. i loved it (: we also watched All About Steve, but that movie was pretty creepy. anyway. we went to a stake dance, and i thought it was gunna suck. but it rocked. seriously! stake dances never rock, and the last one i went to (in october) was horrible. i danced with lots of people, and ate lots of otter pops(: ummm sunday i actually went to church! i havent been to my church since the last sunday of june. just because ive been on vaca, or at a baby blessing. it was fun going to church again! i spent the rest of the day packing. my brother was packing in a duffle bag, so we kept singing "everyday im duffeling"

 on monday, i headed off to YOUTH CONFERENCE. let me tell you. i was totally not excited to go. mostly because, we were camping, and couldnt wear shorts that went above our knees, and i dont even own shorts to my knees (im a bad girl?) yeah. i totally didnt want to go. but i didnt anyway (cause my mom made me). but, to my surprise, it was freaking fun and i didnt want to go home. i got to sleep in a tent by myself, and it was heaven. i got to stay up and read without anyone getting annoyed. we had a tree swing, and everyone swang on it at least once. i didnt want to, because the boys in my ward were pushing everyone really high, but my friend candace picked me up and put me on the swing. then i went super high, and it was terrifying, and i screamed a lot. hahhaha im a dork. anyways. there was a lake there, and we went swimming everyday. there was this deck in the water that had a swing on it, and so we got to swing into the water, which was about 40 degrees. but really fun. me and haley swam across the whole lake, and there was about two feet of clear water, and the rest of it was a hedge of moss. it was nasty, but i am glad i did it. but yeah! youth conference was amazing, and i made lots of new friends, like drew, terrence, zeph, romarro, hannah, and lots of others. i also got asked to homecoming(: but thats a story for later (: ummm when we finally left, i didnt want to go home. the traffic was terrible, and it took us 50 minutes to go about 7 miles. my leader did take us to sonic to get slushies though! it felt so good to take a shower and watch t.v. and of course when i look like crap, nikki calls me up to go to a 10:20 movie. at night. and, like a crazy person, i went. me, nikki and halli saw Crazy, Stupid Love. it was really dumb, but i loved it! mostly because of this person:

any way. i had a sleepover, then went to the doctors for a physical. where he told me that i couldnt race today. suck. im still going to support my team though. can i tell you? shin splints are aweful. it hurts to just walk up the stairs. i feel like im forty. gahhh.

oh! i also drove my van today. for the first time. it was kinda scary but i didnt die or get in a wreck or anything! uhmm yeah! im going to the bookstore now.

race day!

well my friends. i just got done with my first cross country race of the season!! i will admit... i did terribly. mostly because of my shins (they are getting so bad that my mom is gunna sign me up for physical therapy), but i also had to PEE. seriously. every step i took i could feel it coming out of my bladder. so i ran slow so i didnt pee my pants. anyways. yesterday was an AMAZING day. i woke up, went running, and then went to old navy to go school shopping (: i got the cutest little pink jacket with brown buttons:

 and a grey sweater made of lace yarn. they are super cool. then, i drove to maceys, and my family bought stuff for sandwiches, since my mom wouldnt let us go out to eat. i made the most delicious sandwich i have ever had. and i have had some freaking good sandwiches. how to make them

take some bread
add garden grown tomatoes, shredded lettuce, provolone cheese
spread ceaser dressing on one slice of bread
cook bacon and place on bread
fry turkey in bacon grease, place on sandwich
put the breads together
enjoy!!

they. were so good. you dont even know. any who. so after we ate, i went to jcpennys for MORE school shopping. i got two pairs of the same jeans, cause i loved them so much. also, shirts were buy one get one for a dollar, and i got the most adorable shoes.

funeral potatoes

okay anyways. so yesterday during xc, we had a speed workout. and it was HECK. oh my goodness. we did 400's, and i had to do seven. thats only 1 3/4 miles, but we had to sprint the whole way. and we had a 3 minute break inbetween, which was only long enough to jog back to the starting place. heck. i was so tired that i didnt straighten my hair, only blew it dry. i went school shopping con my mom, and we were at nordstroms. i found two really cute shirts, and my mom said i could only have one, but then she said i could get both. so we go to the register, and one of the shirts was supposed to be in the last chance store (not really sure what that is), so we got it for one penny!! it was amazing! then, i went to white house black market, and i found this ADORABLE tan skirt. this store is pretty expensive, so i figured i would just try the skirt on and then put it back. it was 50 dollars. so i tryed it on, and loved it. then, we went to buy it, and it was only 35. it was an amazing day for shopping. the mirror said feel beautiful. so i was all. mkk i will (: after the mall, i drove to costco. this is how i parked :

                                                                   

good right? any way. today was my grandpas funeral. it was a really good funeral, even though i was starving the entire time. my mom and my aunt both gave talks, my brother helped carry the casket, and i fell asleep. for a half an hour. classy. at the luncheon thing, there was this salad. it looked delish. lettuce, almonds and strawberries. so i put some on my plate, when i realize that i just scooped a whole bunch of ONIONS. who puts onions in a strawberry salad? oh my gosh. i almost puked. i have this thing about onions. they are the grossest thing ever. and these onions were fresh, still stinky, raw onions. oh geez. so i picked them out of my salad, but my whole salad still tasted like onions. then my mom had that salad, and she was sitting next to me, and i could smell them all over the place. you prolly think im weird. but they were so nasty any ways. i got pizza for dinner. veggie pizza. mushrooms, tomatoes, olives and peppers. its heaven. megan got me hooked on that pizza, cause we ate it at her party. mkk pictures!

vindicated

why hello! i havent posted in a while. mostly because ive had nothing particularlly interesting to talk about. nicole left me this week to go to sea camp. i emailed her everynight (: umm oh tuesday i went to the running store and got new shoes (: everytime i tried on a pair i had to run around the store, and it was really weird. then i went running yesterday morning, and saw the lady who helped me pick out my shoes running. and i was wearing my new shoes (: it was pretty awesome. so i tryed to start the whole no sugar thing, but i failed. so i decided to do one thing at a time. i cut soda from my diet, and suprise! i can run like a champion now! well not really, cause i still have this shin problem. but im so much better than i was when i was drinking soda. like, a night and day difference. yesterday i ran 6 1/2 miles, without any problems. and there was this guy. he was in his thirties, and he ran past me, and then stopped. and as soon as he saw me coming, he started sprinting again. it was the strangest thing. yesterday was awesome though. i went to my friend megans birthday party. we ate pizza (delicious, thin crust, tomato/peppers/sausage pizza) and watched the JB movie. we all decided that we would meet him one day. then we had ice cream. it was an awesome party. at one part, we were all sitting there talking, and lauren was telling us how her little sister and this guy we know's little sister were friends. 
lauren : and so now they are like, best friends!!
megan: really?? (meaning, that she didnt know he had a little sister)
lauren: no, i guess they are just normal friends
ohhh geez. it was super funny and we laughed for almost ten minutes. then, i drove home, and i was going to go to bed, since i had been up since six, when i get a call from nikki. she says to come outside right now, we are kidnapping you. so me and her and sam went and got casey, steven, hannah and emily, and we had a party! it was really fun and was the perfect end to a great day.
today was awesome too. i woke up, and my dad made me drive on the freeway! freaking scary! i survived though (obviously), then, at one, i went to my cousin's baby blessing. i wore a new dress and felt super classy. then we went to her house and ate food.  i swear, there is nothing better than eating after you have been fasting all day (: i came home and watched Cyberbully. it was an incredibly good movie, and i kinda know the feeling. then i watched Teen Spirit, which was really dumb. it was all about how being popular is everything, and how the only way the girl could get into heaven was to make the least popular person in school the prom queen. it said how the only way boys will notice you is if you wear short things and have long hair and can sing. i dunno. things like that bother me. any ways. i was cleaning my room, and i found a bunch of songs, and a bunch of daily cards from nikki. its so weird that its been a whole year since sophmore year started. i also put a bunch of new songs on my mp3. the best ones:
