school started!

I am taking 18 credits

spanish 3040 is really interesting, and doesnt have homework

calc 2 is already a TON of work, and i am 1 of about 6 girls in the class

all the boys look at me like i shouldnt be in there

but ehhh eff them

speaking of sexism, one day at work last week i was helping this old white guy pick up his prescriptions

he started off by saying something along the lines of "man, hopefully your husband makes the big bucks"

to which i responded "well, hopefully I will be making the big bucks as well!"

and he replied "ya know, with an attitude like that you are never going to get married"

ugghhhhh so archaic

ummm speaking of progressive college liberals, i went to the natural grocers today

 I even put on my hipster glasses to go

i bought portabello burgers, tofu, couscous and tofurkey

i am quite excited to try out all this new, weird food.

being a vegetarian is somewhat difficult sometimes, but i really feel like it is worth it

the thought of eating meat is so sad to me right now

if anyone was wondering, the reason i am a vegetarian is out of respect for animals

and my stance on the issue is i dont care what anyone else eats, i only care what i eat

also. speaking of progressive college liberals, i went thrifting today :D

i am completely obsessed with thrifting

i save seriously so much money on clothes by thrifting

and i went to platos and dropped off some of my stuff, and i made 45$

2015

hello darlings

so! new year, new me

hahahahahaha omg i seriously hate that phrase so much

but for reals, ive got some new years goals

they dont have to happen soon, but by the end of 2015 i want to keep them

sooooo goals!

1. go on tons of dates

last year i meet a lot of new people, but didnt go on many dates. needs to change!

2. get good grades

since high school, good grades has been a subjective term. buuuuut yes. straight As would be prime

3. blog once a month

i barely blogged last year because i didnt really want people to know what was going on in my life. but this year is looking up hard, so ill be sure to gloat all over the internet (hahahahaha)

4. journal at least once a week 

I need to journal more, end of story

5. Go to the gym 4 times a week

toooooo easy

6. go on at least 2 trips

I already have 2 planned, and a florida trip round two is in the works

7. Get a raise / promotion at work

either a manager at ppc or just a raise at the pharmacy would be prime.

8. make new friends in every class / every where i go

i suck at meeting new people, but i absolutely love it

9. wear every single thing i own

i have a ton of clothes so this one should take a while

i was going to do 15 goals, but i can only think of 9

sooooo yeah

so far, the year / break has been going really well

after coming back to logan, i have been working / generally chilling

i went ice skating

soooooooooooooooo fun (i also forgot to wear a bra whoops)

also, i started the new year out by going on a double date!

we got soda, watched the italian job on new years eve, then went to keaders for lunch and saw the hunger games

it was a 24 hour date, and it was super fun!
