ohhh this has gotta be a good life(:

today was a great day(: i slept in till 7, and actually pulled off looking decent. the day started off terrible, because of... reasons... but then i watched a video about the consequences of sex (random, i know), and it cheered me right up. also, in spanish, i knew what bombero (firefighter) meant, and no one else did. i got a high five from mr. heriford, and i felt pretty darn cool. during chemistry i finished my practice CRT first, like a good little nerd. after school me and nikki walked, then i walked home. i was walking past the rec center street, minding my own business, jamming to my music, when i look to cross the street and i see these three guys. GAWKING at me. it was really reeeaallyyy awkward. i thought stuff like that only happened when nikki was around... maybe her gorgeousness is rubbing off on me? i went to alpine days to watch my brother run. its kinda sad. hes in 7th grade, and one of the top runners of his grade. i NEVER made it to alpine days. even in 9th grade when there were only three other girls that ran the mile with me. sad? heck yeah. anny ways. so i was sitting with my brothers, watching the races, when i hear these 8th grade girls scream: YOU'RE HOT! i look over, and they are yelling at truxton. it was super funny. hahahah. you had to be there. after alpine days, i read 60 pages of Great Expectations. it was no easy feat. let me tell you, that book is boring as heck. but oh well. thats what i get for being in honors classes amirite?

one of those days

Don't you just hate those days where school takes forever, then people try to talk to you, then you go to choir festival, then to a play, all running on no food, so when you get home you are emotionally and physically drained, only to find out that the idiots at the dress store ordered you a purple dress instead of the green one you specifically asked for, after your date had already bought everything he was wearing in green? yeah. i hate those too.

today has been an emotional rollar coaster. i woke up at 7:17, and had like 12 minutes to get ready. i pulled it off though! so i get to school, and i have to go to spanish. let me just tell you how much i DESPISE that class. seriously. the class is held through three different hours, and it just goes by soo slowwllyy. but i must admit. there are some hot guys in there(: during health we learned about reproduction. it was ....lovely? yeah. there was sooo much drama today, and i had to go home and chill to get away from it all,  only to have it follow me home. can i just say how ready i am to get out of schoool? summer is practically calling my name. i want to run, and i want to wear shorts, and i want to get tan. personally, this is my least favorite part of the year. after my birthday, when all to look forward to is state testing. there is only 37 days untill school gets out. IM SO EXCITED! so ive decided to create my own blog challenge, because i dont really like the one i picked before. my OWN blog challenge is to put a picture of yourself taken that day on here, and write what your favorite part of the day was. mmyy camera wont upload so i cant do it today. but tomorrow!

SO. glee today. was freaking amazing. it was all about accepting yourself. rachel wanted to get a nose job, and quinn's ugly past was revealed. emma had to face down her ocd, and santana finally accepted that she is a lesbian. ohmygosh. i cant even describe how good of an episode it was.

i have a story for you

soo. on friday night, i had the scariest dream of my life. it was terrifying. so on saturday night, i was totally freaked out to go to sleep. so i put my scriptures right by my pillow. and guess what? i havent had a bad dream since(:

sooo. recently ive had some of my past sneak up on me. first of all, i was listening to music, when these songs snuck up on me.

i used to listen to these while i walked to school. a long long time ago, i was looking through my moms music. i came upon a play list titled : No Ghosts. i finally understood what that list means. that music took me back to all the pain of october. its really wierd actually. i wonder what songs will take me back to this moment.

thursday was my 16th birthday(:

nikki called me at FOUR FREAKING THIRTY in the morning! i was terrified that she was going to come kidnap me, so i didnt get anymore sleep. she DID kidnap me, but at 7, not 5. so i was okay. people said happy birthday to me all day. it was really embarrassing actually. after school, i didnt do anything, untill my mom took me to a surprise party at In-N-Out. it was prettyyy cool.

Friday was the day AFTER

me and nikki went to her little sister's play, beauty and the beast. the kid that played Gaston was SO attractive. like, the hottest kid ive ever seen. so me and nikki get him to sign my program after, and take a picture with him, and he gives us his number. then we find out hes in 8TH GRADE. oh my gosh it was so embarrassing! i felt like a pedophile... me and nikki had a sleepover, and i slept in her bed while she fell asleep on the couch(:

Saturday was my first two dates!

look at me. im sucha slut. two dates in ONE day. well. sam took me on my first date, to Build a Bear. i made a missionary bear, and it is SO cute(: after that, i went to my cousin madi's house for EASTER. it was super fun! untill a one year old fell down the stairs... but he was okay.

so for my second date, i went with landen, steph and caleb. we went to zupas, then we were gunna go to a movie, but none of them started till 10, so we just drove around. but it was SO fun. seriously. it sounds really boring but it was awesome.

Sunday. was EASTERR

it was lovely(: yes, i still get an easter basket! i went to sam's sacrament meeting to hear his talk, and it was way good! then i went to my church. then i had my bishops interview for turning 16. it was a lot of church. my grandmas came over for my birthday dinner, and we had BTS cake(:

so. i havent been on here forever. lets see. movie night. nikki got new extentions and they look waayyy good.

we had a movie night. it was 14 boys and three girls. i kinda felt like a skank. but oh well. it was super fun!

the next day, me and nikki watched two movies. soul surfer and taken. soul surfer was one of the best movies ive ever seen. it was inspiring. and we watched taken in preperations for seattle. the blonde dies. but i was safe and changed that!

so on wednesday. we headed off to seattle! we got super cute to go on a plane at 6 in the morning, because once we landed we wouldnt have any time to get ready. thats us on the plane. seattle is such a gorgeous city.  i seriously am considering living there one day. there is beautiful art all over the place. we went downtown and went shopping. bridgette (nikkis aunt that we were staying with) dropped us off at the mall, and while we were eating lunch, nikki fell asleep. that night we went to a ballet. i was exausted, so i fell asleep. when the play was over, i looked at my ipod (landens ipod that he let me borrow. but oh well), and saw that it was 9:45, which is when the ballet was supposed to be over. but i was so confused, because i know that i couldntve slept through intermission. after leaving, i realized that my ipod was still in utah time, which is one hour ahead. it was a tragic mess. the part of the ballet i saw was really good though! on thursday we went to the space needle. it was super cool. then we went to the music museum, and messed around with the sound booths.

we went to mcdonalds, and these creeps tried to hit on us. they were in thier twenties for sure.  

we stayed with nikkis uncle tim, and i have now adopted him as my uncle. we all wore pink on accident. it was really really funny.  we had steak for dinner, and introduced our relatives into the beautiful world of doreos (: saturday was definatly the best day. we went to pikes market! it is super cool there. i got soooo much stuff, and i only spent 100 bucks.  of course, my life was happier because i wore my jb shirt. but hey. seattle is still amazing. we went to the aquarium and talked in british accents. people treated us a lot nicer. it was a cool experiment. for dinner we had SUSHI. seattle has the best sushi i have ever had. seriously. 

        

this is the infamous gum wall. it was totally disgusting. on sunday we flew home. of course on wednesday, when we look super cute, there are no guys on the plane, but when we fly home looking like crap, there are five million hot guys flying with us. it was just a bad flight. im sad that i had to come home. i wanted to stay in seattle forever. maybe i will move there. today. i had to go back to school. i fell asleep multiple times during classes. after school i had a 1 1/2 hour choir practice. then i got to walk home. in the pouring rain. and seriously. i was soaked when i walked in the door to find my dad home, waiting for me to call him to come get me. it was sad. aight. well im off to bed. but wait.

so. i was almost asleep, when i realized. i havent blogged! haaaa. so yesterday. was fantastic. i went to nikkis hair appointment. we were gunna go look for prom dresses (:D) but we didnt have time because the appointment went for 4 hours. her hair looks great though!

oh silly. so after 4 hours of hair, we went ice skating! it was me, nikki, adam, jake, amanda, branson and tyler.

 

     haha my skates are beautiful. branson tied them for me, because i tried and failed to do it myself. yeah. im that retarded. i tie my shoes with two bunney ears, instead of how normal people tie them, and i have never met anyone who ties them the same way. but i discovered that branson does. its so cool! seriously. i thought i was the only freak in the world that did that. but nope. ive got company now. anyways. so you may be wondering. how could you go hang out with him when you havent answered to prom yet? well. i did answer. i had the anouncer person play Light Up the Sky by Yellowcard (you know, because my poster said it would light up his world if i went to prom with him, so i lit up his sky :P) and the announcer said that i would go to prom with him! i have to give nikki props for the great idea. so now i get to go find a prom dress(: after ice skating, we went to blockbuster to get the movie "the last exorcism". i kept asking the boys if they liked what i did with my hair. it was hilarious to watch them struggle to figure out what i did with it, because it didnt change at all. so we go and watch the movie. gosh. dumbest movie of my life. in the end, everyone is possesed, the girl has a demon child that gets thrown into a fire, and everyone dies. it wasnt worth the 120 minutes it took to watch it. and speaking of horrible movies, today i watched Monty Python and the Holy Grail. that was seriously the worst movie i have ever watched. i know lots of people love it. but its about nothing. i sat at home and watched 3 movies today. i watched when in rome, and love happens. love happens is set in SEATTLE. which reminded me. only 3 days left till we leave! it was super cool to watch the movie and see everything there, and know that you are going there in 3 days.  SO. heres the bad news. my dad is in the hospital. he has to have surgery to get his gallbladder removed. fun right? i WAS gunna go prom dress shopping tomorrow. but not now! maybe this is a sign... two times i have had to cancel. maybe im not suppossed to go... hmm. too bad! still going! anyways. 3 days till seattle. 10 days till my birthday. 19 days till prom. im excited(:

SO. today started off awful. i was on time to school though. during first, second and thrid period, i was super nervous, and i was shaking. during lunch, i went to zupas with nikki, adam and leka. it didnt make me feel better though. i thought i was gunna throw up. seriously. then, the time comes, and i didnt win. nikki  didnt win either. then we leave, and find out that nikki's sister had a miscarriage. so it was a pretty sucky day. then, me and adam and nikki went to the provo beach resort for a pity party. while we were bowling, these news guys came up and filmed us for KSL news! we get to be on t.v.. i guess that was our reward for losing the election and not freaking out about it. and guess what? i won our bowling game! it was amazing, because i never win. mine is the middle one(: we went to bajios and talked about life. adam was trying to prove how cool he is, and he nonchalantely threw a tinfoil ball to the trashcan (the kinds that are in a table, and are super hard to get things into) and he made it! it was freaking amazing because he didnt even look! gah. nikki and adam skipped:

todayyyy(: started out awful! i got to school and found my posters GONE. and people had taken my spot!! who does that?! they keep falling off. maybe its a sign that i shouldnt be running? *sigh*. i really dont want to lose for the third year in a row. aannyyways. so i went down to the office and they found my posters and i got them hung up again. then, during study hall, i fell asleep. it was glorious(: i woke up with a huge line on my face, but it was totally worth it. lunch was great(:(: then. i took a math test. i seriously hope i did good. because that test was HUGE. we started our unit at the beginning of February, and just barely took the test. after school, me and nikki went to my house! i read her my journal from the summer. it was really cool to look back at everything that happened then, and just be happy about it. im really starting to like Great Expectations. hahahaha i am SUCH a nerd. seriously. i need to get asked to prom. random? yes. speaking of random. nikki randomly showed up at my house with a present for me. and its not even my birthday! yet!

hoely crap. me and nikki did these today, and it was freaking stressful. i made mine in the morning, but then we find out that the resolution is wayyy too small, and so we had to redo the whole thing, and the store was closing at 6, and ohh my goodness. it was crazy! we got them done though, and they are beautiful! I;m running for president! i would put my posters on here, but i cant campain outside of school! sooo not breaking the rules!
2. Fashion board applications

so im applying for this nordstrom fashion board thing. its where you have one meeting a month, and learn about the in and outs of fashion. the application was TONS of work. we had to write an essay, do a project, get recommendation letters, and more. my project was this "magazine" with the hottest styles for spring, summer and fall. i designed everything and my mom put it together! it was crazy, but i got everything done! hopefully i get in!!

3. Student council signatures to find 

okay. this was insane. we got our signature papers on friday afterschool, and they are due on monday. me and nikki had to scour the school, and the baseball games, and the neighboorhood for 50 people to sign our paper. today, we walked up and down nikkis street to have people sign it. and it was snowing. like craaazy. and it was freezing. then as soon as we were done it finished. of course.

4. reading "Great Expectations"

by charles dickens, its supposedly a classic. and i can see why a little. but honestly? its aweful. im only 48 pages in, and i dont know how i will be able to finish.

5.  TONS of homework to do

i did math at the soccer game. i did english at nikkis. that doesnt sound like a lot. but my english contained reading, two assignments after, and an essay. then my math had at LEAST 75 really hard, long problems. i just love being in hard classes. speaking of which. heres my next year schedule

6. Soccer (and baseball) games to go to

so on thursday, me and nikki went to three soccer games. the first was mv vs orem varsity, and we lost by one point. it was okay though because we all remember 33-0. the 2nd game we only stayed for 30 minutes, after putting shorts on. and i swear. shorts have magic powers. people that never talk to me were talking to me. plus, it was warm enough to wear shorts! that made me super happy(: the last game we went to was luke's (nikkis little brother). normally, he doesnt score any goals. but we bribed him with food, and he scored four, and assisted 3! it was freaaakinng crazy! we were screaming and cheering like mad men, and the parents thought we were insane. it was totally worth it though(: we took pictures!

 

7. S.A.P parties to have.

okay. so remember the sugar challenge? i totally failed. BUT. i started off great. i didnt eat sugar for two days, and i even went to the store and got fruit because i wanted sugar so bad! then, nikki had drama, and so we had to have a S.A.P party. but i swear. i SWEAR i start tomorrow. seriously. i will not fail this time.

8. Conference to watch

ohh myy gooodness. conference was so great this year! the best talk was from uchtdorf (duh), about gaining a testimony slowly and not expecting a huge show to make you believe. this talk was great(:

9. People to convert

so. i really wanted one of my friends to come watch conference with me, so me and nikki went to get him. when we started off walking, the weather was great. it was sunny and warm. then, as we were walking, the weather got worse and worse. it started snowing, then the wind started, then the blizzard came, then the fog came. seriously. someone did NOT want the person to come watch conference. but we got them there. and watched. and it was lovely. then, when we walked home, the weather was great again. oh utah. ever heard the saying "don't like the weather? wait 15 minutes". its so true for utah.

10. conversations to have

it must be the shorts. so many people that i havent talked to in forever started talking to me. i dont even know. i also had a super deep conversation with one of my good friends. this has been a good week for conversations i guess.

11. food to eat oh my gosh.

 i have eaten sooo much freaking crap this weekend. krispy kreme, noodles and company, einstiens, applebees, snow slushies, the gas station (x3), mcdonalds. i burned my tongue at krispy kreme, and it still hurts. at noodles and company, it was me, bunney, and 6 children running around like crazy. i ate at einstiens for breakfast on monday morning when i skipped school (with my mom, dont worry), and on saturday morning. at applebees, i saw lots of people that i know, but i also saw THE hottest guy. i dont know why i felt the need to say that. we made delish snow slushies with all the fresh snow that fell today(: like the fatties we are, me and nikki went to the gas station 3 times on thursday. the first time was for landen. the second time we bought 4 slushies. one for me, landen, jessi, and luke. so we look like huge fatties, carrying four slushies out of the gas station, and then we had to go BACK and get three more because we got the wrong kinds the first time. it was really embarrassing. then, on saturday, we went inbetween sessions, looking totally gross. i mean, we hadnt washed our hair, or put on make up, or normal clothes. we had just been sitting on the couch all day. and we got THREE wistles! it was the shorts. they are magic, i swear. at mcdonalds, there was a reaaalllyy hot guy. and i was wearing shorts. magical right?
