bleh.
this year flew by SO FREAKING QUICKLY
like really, i felt like it just started, or it was just my birthday or summer or WHATERRR
weeellll as per tradition, my recap of 2012!
JAN
2012 started out as any other year. LAME
january through march is the worst time of the year
ummm well, probably the best part of the month was preference
it is still my all time favorite dance
typical january
hopefully this one will be better!
FEB
february, as always, is filled to the brim with choir
we have the fundraiser concert, and then we have to prepare for festival and tour
i was in conbrio, and we did diamonds are a girls best friend for the concert
it was then when i realized that it was 1024380234 times better for me to be in conbrio than it was for me to be in acapella
i absolutely loved that concert, and i am so grateful i was in the choir i was in (:
february also brought valentines day, which utterly sucked, as usual
aaaaaaaaaaaaaand yeah moving on
MARCH, MARCH, MARCH
march can be summed up in one phrase: the gym
i swear i was at the gym every. single. day.
i performed in regional solo ensamble
spent hours working on my lab notebook in biotech
went to H&M
performed at BYU and tripped on stage
as my brothers say, i was given 2 parts voice, and 1/2 part coordination
Ay pril
my birthday! tour! prom! oh my!
april was fantastic (:
during spring break, my choir headed up to san diego for tour
it was aaamazing
i got asked to prom while driving home from san diego
i went with my friend tohi, and i had the PERFECT dress ever!
my birthday was on the same day as prom, which kind of sucked, but ya know, whaterrr
May!
ugh. may.
it was a month full of finals, tests, projects and more
it was also my last concert with conbrio
we sang breakaway, and i made a slide show to go with it, and it took me forever
it looked freaking beautiful though
may was also filled with fun things!
i went to my good friend corbin's birthday party
i actually got a yearbook and had it signed
i went to morp with a kid a had a FREAKING huge crush on
i got kidnapped and found out that i made it into chamber!
got my first ever pedicure
aaaaaaaaand school got out
it was fabulous (:
JOON
ahhh june.
it brought about my lovely trip to mexico
it was absolutely perfect, and just what i needed after a long, hard year
i also got the chance to go see the Manti pageant with the young women, which was really cool
cross country started!
JULY
ehhhh. this was probably the most boring month of the year
i ran a lot, tanned a lot, and swam a lot
(did i just use assonance?)
and girls camp
and a 2nd degree burn on my stomach from tanning
im still tan there so thats cool

school started
my last year of high school
its still weird!
i started to go to pharmacy tech
i went on a date to trafalga and drove on the wrong side of the road
went thrifting for the first time with meggy
i started yearbook and chamber, and i completely love both of them
i dyed my hair black
i went tubing
i made my very first acapella poster!
i made my senior year bucket list, which i am doing very well on FYI
got asked to homecoming
went to a couple football games
it was a great start to senior year (:
Sept tem ber
was great!
it is a blur of fantastic new clothes
i experienced my first night of insomnia (i woke up at 2 and fell asleep again at 6)
i waitressed for the UVU scholarship ball, which was fun and also horrid
we had college day and i got free food from taco bell
homecoming!

Octoburrrr
i photographed a volleyball game for the first time
i went to my last first morning side of the year
i got the stomach flu the same night that my grandma died
i went to her funeral
we had a family lunch during general conference at my grandma's house
i photographed a cross country race
i went on a trip to Logan to visit USU with haley and kline
i had a classic and very stressful week before the end of the term but pulled out a 4.0
my first choir concert of the year was great!
took the ACT
aaaaaaaand stayed at home all night by myself on Halloween
NOvember
was ehhhhhhh
went to MATC
went to sadies, which was way fun
started going to spin class again
i definitely didnt participate in no shave november
thanksgiving
black friday shopping (YEYEAAHH)
found out i got a 30 on the ACT
Deceeeember
this month.
yeeesh
Chamber performed with the Utah Lyric Opera
we also went to temple square
and had our Christmas concert
and performed in the Christmas assembly
and learned our Valentunes
wow. a lot of choir
uhm. it was also christmas, which was cool
it snowed a TON
i rekindled a few friendships
i went to temple square with adam and jake and tj
my bff jadon got baptized (:
i watched a TON of movies
and ate a lot of snow slushies
aaaand i got caught up in this thing that may or may not be a boy
no one knows about it except for me, my mom, and lauren vancott because she saw me with this person.
i guess this year has been pretty good to me (:
