excersizeee

what can i say about today? probably the most excersize i have ever gotten in my life. i went running with haley this morning. we ran to the lake. it was only four miles, but it was long, straight streches of asphalt with the sun beating on us. while running, we came across a squirrel that was roadkill. i didnt want it just baking in the sun, so i moved it to the grass beside the road. i found some wild flowers, and i was going to put them on his grave, so i went to get them. i got scratched by barbed wire, apparently i was tresspassing. right when i was walking over, a police man drove by and stopped. he thought we were getting into trouble. it was scary. the run was hard.  then we had to ride our bikes up an incredibly long, steep hill. it was amazing(: so i get home, and head of to the lake AGAIN to go boating. that doesnt sound like excersize right? wrong. we went tubing, and i had to hold on for dear life. that didnt stop us from tipping the whole tube over, and it certainly didnt stop me from smashing my head into nikki's sister's finance's (got that :P) body. i felt like i had a concussion. while at the dock, the children spotted a dead fish and made me pick it up. two dead things in one day. i might have rabies :P me and nikki had lake hair, but we went ahead and walked to zupas none the less. and, surprise! i finally got something different from zupas, instead of mango salad. i got a sandwich, and it was delicious(: the worker lady asked us what we had been doing all day, we looked so bad. plus, i got FRIED. i literally look like a lobster right now. awesome? not really, but i will be tan. so after boating, me, nikki, joe, leka, and calli went to provo beach resort. we went bowling, and i got SECOND PLACE! that never happens! i always get last, but i got second without any help from anyone! maybe it was because of the freaking attractive guy that was manning where you pay for bowling. i told leka that i thought he was hot, and so leka walks over there and TELLS HIM! i didnt think i could get anymore red, after been fried, but i did. it was totally embarrasing! anywho... so after bowling, we went downstairs and played arcade games. me and leka played this game, and i won us 1000 tickets!! awwweeyeaahhh. i was nice, so i split them. but still. and it was my first try at the game and i just won! it was amazing! then, we went to nikkis house and had a fantastic time. pictures!
